I am Back with a new post.
Last 2 weeks have been busy meeting my old friends after a long long time, Some came back to India after a long gap and some ready to fly off from India. This post is all abt this.
After a busy first week of January where me and my Quiz partner Mr. Sandeep Acahar won the Quiz (online) one at SDM mysore , the year started good for me expecting some good surprises. I am hoping that this quiz is the last quiz in which me and sandeep will partner as he is flying off to Canada for his long cherished dream; Doing MBA. So this guy is the first one in this post. After I partnering him almost 15 Quizzes where we have done exceptionally well , i will be missing my quizzing partner for a long time , so i am in a process of finding a new quiz partner. any ways the rate of attending quiz will go down for me ,due to my work schedule and Economic crisis.
After this came Mr.P .Dileepa ,Tech guru of our gang, he had come to Mysore during X-mas holiday's he was pretty much irritated and bit down as he was in pune for a long time hoping that he will be sent on site as soon as possible. When he left to pune in Jan ,all hoped it will be his last visit to pune, so it was. Good for him, he flew away to US last week . Last 2 weeks in Mysore was good for me as i was able to spend weekend visitng his place and having to go out and have Pizza's. But was not able to make it to dinner with Mr & Mrs.Sandeep due to some hiccups. Never the less 2 weekends were good. Photography of Palace, Eating out at Dominoes ,with discount and finally shopping with Dimps and family. So 2 weeks the routine weekend changed for me. thnks man for treats. Hopefully nest time u visit india , pls get me ur marriage oota.
The next one was meeting my old classmate , Mr.Shamanth ,who came out to get married to india. This guy was the silent of all in our batch( next to ramchandra bhat). He had told me that he will land in jan 1'st week, but due to his busy hunting schedule he was not able to contact or meet me, finally he contacted on the week before he left. It was good that still some friends take their time to meet their classmates after a long long time. Such a humble guy , he tookout his time efore 3 days of leaving india and came out to meet me at my office. Thanks for that man. Lckily i was very less loaded that week and was able to have small eating session with him. It was very nice to discuss old memories and whereabouts of my highschool buddies. So qality time spent with old classmate on a working day. So one more meeting of a good friend. Good luck for his engagemnt, any ways one more VVCE pair is getting married ( his fiancee is 2008 passout of VVCE).
One friday afternoon a call came to my cell, the number was not a local phone number, i usually ask my colleague, Jena who sits next to me to pick up the call when i am not in seat. I know that all call centre people like to have my number to call me and explain their [plans and promotions which i will anyway reject. After some time the call came again, i answered the call. To my surprise somebody called my nick name, A girl who knows my nickname???? only 2 ppl with the same name know it. finally after some quizzing session, it was My junior and close Friend shilpa's call. It was good to speak to her after 5 years. Also she had taken time out on her busy schedule to visit my home on Saturday with her sister. Incidentally she's also a student f VVCE. So meeting one more VVCEian. Nice to have met a friend after a long time.
It's good to have friends like these, who at least will take their free time out to meet their classmates and their friends. Nice to have u guys as Friends. These are a few examples. But i still keep on meeting some of my old friends and classmates. But all will end up wither in a small chat or online "Orkut" Scraps.
